My neighbors had their lawn taken care of by Brennan’s Landscaping as I was in my backyard picking up leaves and cleaning up my yard. Towards the end of their job, they began blowing leaves/pine into my yard and out of the yard they were servicing. I brought it up to them and how I would like them to make it right and was told that the leaves and pine belonged to my tree in my yard and they were blowing them back to where they came from. Legally, they were responsible for cleaning up the leaves in the yard. Mother Nature has a way of blowing leaves around and that’s out of my control. If you want to keep your neighbors happy, I’d pick another landscaping company to do your job.
