Took the money and ran. I paid for Brandon to clear our leaves and he promised to return in a few weeks to complete the job. He never came, and stopped responding to my calls and text messages. He answered my husband's call (from a different number) and promised to come but never came and then ignored his calls/texts too. Disappointing!

Anne I've tried to respond on here multiple times and this finally is able to respond..I wanted to apologize to you and your husband for the bad communication we had and I will do anything I can in my power to make it right this spring (spring cleanup -no charge ) and again I'm truly sorry and hope I can regain your trust and relationships...thanks

Great guy and a hard worker. However the timeline was off. 3 weeks instead of 5 days. Not really a huge deal. That happens in buisness from time to time. However since we were given a 5 day completion, we paid in full. When work was getting done the work was great. But after three weeks, like a previous reviewer, we were not able to get a hold of Mr. Bowman. He never dropped of the rest of the mulch we purchased, and did not compete the job. (90 % complete.) It's a bummer too. Mr. Bowman is local and is a really nice guy. We were hoping to use them for the rest of the front yead update. However we will choose to look elsewhere. Pros: Great worker and executer of a renovation. Very good at extending a budget. Cons: Timeline was way off. And communication stopped completely. Overall: Bummer actually. Would have loved to use for many other jobs around the outside of the house.

I'm writing my first reivew ever because my bad experience with this service and I'm afraid that the nice responses from the owner, like the one's below, would only be lip-service, and I'm not interested in any consolation "deal" or renewing any business relationship whatsoever. My money was also taken before service was rendered and I had hound the owner to follow up. Learning that I could not pay up front, I would follow up with payment immediately after service. This worked for a while until he just stopped showing up. Suddenly, the guy would not answer when contacted. I also thought the owner to be a nice person, but unfortunately there is little in the way of business integrity. Look around and you'll realize no real business operates this way. The wheat separates from the chaff. You can't just disappear and not answer your customers calls and texts and then just show up whenever you feel like it and act as if nothing is wrong. The bad terms are your doing. This review is the only recourse anyone has against business practices like this. Not interested in further discussion. Sorry.

Who's this and what are you referring too? The full last 6weeks has been horrible on all lawns and grass went tormant from the 100 + degree weather we have gotten so I wasn't mowing much so try calling me or emailing me at [email protected] just so we don't leave on any bad terms...thank you
