  Took two weeks of struggled contact to get him to agree on a time to do some work for me. When the scheduled time came, he didn't show up. Nor did he attempt to contact me to reschedule. 0/10.

  Very difficult to contact in reference to problems. They never seem to be available when needed and have zero follow thru on work to be done.
