Blue Grass called me back and left messages for me. Somehow I never got the messages. So I apologize for that as I was not aware of the mixup with my phone. I did get in touch with them through email. So, I will say that Blue Grass does keep in touch and answers calls. Thank you.

Blue Grass does an amazing job! Just about the time I see a dandelion or other weeds in my yard, they show up and the weeds are gone! Have had them for several years now and we have never had any issues! They  answer any questions that we have and explain to us when were here, exactly what each application is for!The crew is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! We love them! Thank You for taking care of our lawn!

I'm in the 3rd year with having Bluegrass treat my lawn.  They have done a great job and it looks awesome!  I just want to say I appreciate how they are working to recover from the brutal COVID-19 orders imposed here in Michigan.  They have comunicated well and are committed to servicing all customers as soon as possible to keep our lawns in great shape this season.

Don't just think about it...give Bluegrass a call and get signed up!  They get it done right.

Bluegrass did a great job mowing our lawn 10 years ago when I was still working. Since l retired that expense does not fit my budget.

Bluegrass Lawns does a great job at a fair price!  I made the mistake of going with another place offering "special pricing". It wasn't that special, and there was an upcharge on almost every service.  I called Bluegrass Lawns before the year was up, and was happy to be back with them.

Bluegrass Lawns does thorough work, and are very responsive if I could call with a question, or to have them come back and do any "touch-ups".  I know my lawn is in good hands with Bluegrass Lawns!

This is our second year with them, we had Billy do our yard our first season, excellent worker, did every part of our yard. Our yard has never looked as great as it is. This year  another wonderful employee, his name is Kyle and he said Billy trained him and you can tell, second time out and very pleased with him too. Would recommend this company and will be telling more people about this company. Nice job Bluegrass Lawns!!!!!

Not impressed after several years of service from Bluegrass.  Customer service is hard to get ahold of.  I needed my control panel replaced this summer, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me.  I ended up going with Splash irrigation to get it fixed (was highly impressed with their service). I had Bluegrass come out last fall to give me a call on summer seeding...no call at all in the spring.  They call for winterizing appointments out of the blue (usually a days notice) and show up without any confirmation that this day works for the customer.  I don't have a full time contract with Bluegrass but, still, deserve the courtesy of being a customer.

Marianne, in customer service, is very unfriendly.   I am trully disappointed, espeespecially given i try to keep my business local.

I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).

We have enjoyed Blue Grass service!   Have them at our farm and rental home and they have always taken good care of us!   Nice to have a smaller company with flexibility we switched from Tru green

You can never get ahold of customer service and we payed for service still had plenty of weeds,we where new customers however we will not be going with these people again! The people who came out where nice but I could never get ahold of them other wise,stopped service,took forever to get refund! Think I will stick with True Green,weeds where gone then and they don't use this crazy loud riding everything is sprayed as they walk through.
