Meh! Great Falls and Billings have much lower prices. Besides, the owner is a clown.

tj I'm sorry that you feel you think the owner which is myself is a clown, I have no idea when I met you or what you are talking about. I would like to know who you talked to as i don't recall meeting or talking to you today. As for pricing we are usually very competitive with Great Falls and Billings. If you are comparing us to the box stores, it is not a fare comparison. We are a locally owned store and the box stores have way better buying power than us, also they are on the interstate which results in the freight pricing for them cheaper and Lewistown's freight is more expensive as there is very few back hauls out of here. Very sorry that you feel that way.

I completed an order with blue sky building supply via Internet. I requested two day air due to the urgency of a job that needed to be completed. The next day, I received an email from Candy stating that the item needed to be fIrst shipped from the warehouse to blue sky and they should receive the items in about a week. Once they receive the items, they would send them out to me via two day air. I explained to Candy that blue sky should not offer 2 day air if they cannot fill the order on time and that it is not good business. Blue Sky was not willing to make things right by compensating for the LONG wait time for the item. At the very least, they could have paid for the cost of the 2 day shipping. DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS STORE IF YOU NEED THEM SOON! If you do, you will pay dearly for the items, the shipping and still not receive them on time.

I'm sorry your order was subjected to extended lead times. Due to COVID-19 and staffing issues being experienced at our warehouse, we were forced to halt all direct shipments from our warehouse. Unfortunately, this temporary pause in direct shipments requires that any online orders be transported from our warehouse in Idaho, directly to our store via our weekly delivery truck. Orders placed by Monday, are received late Wednesday of the same week. Once here, we are able to ship 2-day without issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully we are seeing the light at the end of the COVID-19 tunnel. Thank you
