  Had an appointment but service did not show. I had to call them. They called me and said, I’m sorry we’re in Dalton, we did see after we got here that we have an appointment with you. I asked her if she was ever going to call me. She said she could come by later. The thing is, I had to call the service; they were just going to pass us by. We got there name through Angi, and several others, so far the same thing as happened, too.

  We are very sorry for the scheduling miscommunication. Angie had you set as an anytime appointment so our service team had you scheduled for afternoon. Our office has been instructed to ensure proper times are noted for appointments when the customer is called and we hope we can help serve you again in the future.
