  They do exactly what they say, family business and excellent quality SOD. I needed SOD for a small backyard, Kentucky Bluegrass and they cut it the same day I picked it up. Fresh and green unlike the big box store where the SOD sits outside for days unattended to. Thanks for the help, and by the way they are cheaper then the big box stores too.

  Went in to talk with them about the type of sod they sale. I asked them if the grass was drought resistant and they said yes. As we talked I found out it was a bluegrass which needs to be watered every day. A grass that needs watered everyday is not drought resistant.
