Took my brother’s mower here for repair and clearly asked to be called before any services we’re done. When I did receive a call it was to let me the know the mower was ready and my bill was over $400 bucks for a minor repair. Was upset because I clearly asked to be called and it was notated on work order. No one ever called me until the work was completed. Of course you’re stuck then. Needless to say I paid the bill and got the mower. Two weeks later (7/8/21)the mower had the same issue I took it in for Initially. I’ve been by several times and called only to get the run around from different employees as what the status is on the mower and today is 8/2/21. Worst experience I’ve ever had at shop. Don’t plan on returning here for any business. Terrible.

Never had a worse service experience in my life. Service Writer and technician stood right in front of me and lied to the Svc Mgr saying I approved work that I did not. In fact I had specifically disapproved said repairs. $125 per hour labor rate is one thing, but 1.5 hours to replace a spindle that only has 4 bolts. They stuck it to me. Don’t let it happen to you. Update. I was contacted by the General Manager. He sincerely appreciated me posting my review. He seemed dedicated to improving their customer service, and planned to use my experience as a training opportunity. He also volunteered a fair monetary settlement.

The service was good but come on John deer. My mower is 25 yrs old and ur prices r abit uncalled for.in other words ur a ripoff. I bout the same item 5 on Amazon u wanted 183.00 I got the same thing. 12$
