  Ordered fescue mix from BTF and had it delivered to Vaughn. Even though it struggled at 1st, it has now established beautifully. My grass is watered far less than all my neighers Kentucky Blue grass but it stays quite a bit greener throughout the growing season and doesn't require all the added chemical fertilizers to be able to do so!

  If you're debating on whether to plant where do sod don't be a fool get the sod it is so nice the help is very professional and willing to give up their little tips to the do-it-yourselfer
