  They were dispatched to remove a fallen tree from power lines. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to remove the tree without damaging the live power lines, surrounding trees and lawn. They did an exceptional job cleaning up all the debris associated with this job. Would definitely give them ten stars for their efforts. Thank you all for making sure you have a satisfied customer. You're awesome!

  This company is awful! Came home to a tree that broke my roof on my shed! No note! no call! If I could give zero stars I would! I called a real company to come take down a branch and they came before they showed up and ruin a brand new shed! This company has no values and I hope that this review helps someone stay away from ever using them! They also left the branch so I can’t get into the shed! Called to tell them and they laughed and hung up!

  Our crew was called to the site by the RG&E emergency response department to assist a line crew to clear a limb from a service wire that was disrupting electrical service to the neighboring home. Per direct instructions from the line crew, our crew freed the limb from the wires & it landed in front of the shed where it can be seen in the picture posted. After clearing the line area so power could be restored, our tree crew left for the next emergency. As is the case in all emergency work, the goal is to restore service and the debris is left for the homeowner to dispose of. The call you mentioned was to our answering service. In that recorded call, you claimed someone from our company had ruined your shed, but when asked for a name & contact information so that we could respond, you refused and hung up. It makes it very difficult when homeowners do not provide valid contact information so we have no way to address the concerns presented through online reviews or voice messages.

  Birchcrest is by far the best in the business. They are very professional, courteous and amazing workers. They were the MOST reasonable with their prices and I had quite a few estimates. They were extremely fair and not eager to rake me over the coals. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Birchcrest with an A+++. Thank you
