  Big R has great things except for some of their values. I overheard one of the managers telling a young employee that she needs to plan her life around work after she asked if she could leave just an hour early for a family member’s birthday. Life is not all about work, especially for someone that young. And if you’re telling someone that, your life must be very boring. The manager also yells a lot at his employees in front of customers. Seems like a very unprofessional business and one that I will never work or suggest to work at.

  Deshar, Stacy and the store manager Mike Swanson run a great store. All the associates are friendly and personable. I will go back simply for the customer service.

  The employees at Big R are always eager to help. I had some plumbing issues with a camp trailer and even though they had a limited selection for trailers, they helped make everything work. Now everything is repaired thanks to their willingness to help.
