  I bought a Noble jacket from my local store. In Oct. Within 2 months the stitcing was starting to fray and the just a day ago the zipper broke. I still have my receipt. So I called the store, it was that " store policy is 30 days & if I would have caught it sooner in that 30 days they would have been able do something". So now I'm stuck with a $75 jacket I can't wear and treated rude by the staff. I wasn't wanting a refund, I was going to exchange for a Carhartt. But, nope that wasn't good enough either. Disappointed because I shop this store weekly

  Called store just to be put on hold for several minutes. Ended up getting disconnected so I went to a different store. Not a good first impression
