    A few months ago there was a mix up in which by mistake it was reported that I was moving in when in fact I never notified Bio Green of such thing; the service was suspended and I was frustrated trying to understand what happened. Long story short, this week I got a call from Dave Schrader that made me feel much better and fully recover the trust in Bio Green. He really wanted to get to the bottom of it and showed great customer care. My lawn improved a lot after starting the program with Bio Green and I am happy to report that not only they take care of the lawn but also of their customers. Thanks a lot Dave.

    Mr Nocedal: We were advised that you moved and desired to have the account closed. This we did. You have not had a service since June 23 of this year. I understand that Eddie set you up for a sprinkler turn off for the season. Re/ your other concern, Lawn care training and irrigation training are two entirely different disciplines. These divisions are separate.

    I had been a customer of BioGreen for almost two decades and across three homes since moving to Northern Virginia. I experienced great results and great service for most of that time. This past year has been quite the opposite experience. I understand the whole world is understaffed, but their lack of results, poor customer service and indifferent attitude has me looking elsewhere. Half of my lawn is dead, it took months to repair our irrigation system & a few weeks later it stopped working again. I expressed my frustration when I sent a message to cancel our service & I received a call to see if I wanted to cancel my aeration service. Stories shared on our neighborhood website confirm that my experience isn’t isolated. Be careful what the sales team promises. Execution is everything. That’s where they’ve dropped the ball. It’s a shame because for almost 20 years, I was automatic.

    After going through several bids, I finally decided to work with BioGreen to address drainage issues around my (new to me) house. I met with their estimate guy several times to work through the major details of the work. After committing a 10% payment on the job, there was there was about a month delay before my job date. Not surprised considering how much of this type of work is being done right now, but something to keep in mind if you plan to do something like this. Fortunately they called me a few days early and offered to move the job forward a day if possible. Which worked out good for me. Installation day interesting. The lead of the installation team suggested some revisions to the plan that would probably be better than what was spec'ed by the estimate guy. Fortunately I was able to afford the revisions. I did think that the revisions were important and they didn't really come up until the ground was broken and we could all see what we were dealing with. In the future I'll ask tougher questions on projects this big. It may be necessary to dig a few test holes to understand where things are buried when planing out work needed. The job entailed significant ditch digging and the team worked very hard on getting them dug without harming any of the marked utility lines. I was particularly nervous about power and internet lines... Fortunately they hand dug everything and no marked line was touched. They also did a reasonable job no cutting any of the non-marked wires and pipes that crisscross my yard. Overall I would say the team did a great job and I am relieved to have it done.
