  The Bettencourt crew graded and seeded a wondeful lawn for our newly built home in Vineyard Haven. They thoughtfully mapped the perfect irrigation zones including some drip irrigation for a few trees and gardens as well as laid some additional pipe anticipating future expansion of our gardens and other landscaping. Since the original seeding, they've been back several times to check the progress, fertilize, reseed where needed and adjust the irrigation schedule. I've always had a prompt response from them and found them to be very professional. Highly recommend their services!

  Initially Tim did a great job...super friendly and convinced me to upgrade my system so he could manage remotely. This year he doesn’t respond to texts or calls. Totally non responsive. Won’t give the new guy I hired the password to take control over the system. Hire someone else.

  A bad experience. Hired them to sod and reseed our grass. Initially very responsive and helpful but reseeding failed to work - grass still full of weeds. They promised to come back in the fall - no show and then this spring another no show. And they stopped returning my calls. I have now hired somebody else.
