  ***Update, 6/12/19 Since the last update, most of the old plants that died have been replaced. I increased the rating to 4/5 stars since new plants have been installed. I did not give back the last star as it was very frustrating waiting nearly an entire year to have the plants replaced. The paver pathway has yet to be sealed, and I am not holding out much hope that it will get done. At this point, I'm simply happy some of the dead plants have been replaced. ***Update, 4/22/19 My initial rating was 5/5 stars, but I have decreased the rating to 3/5 stars. Read below. Our landscaping came with a one year warranty for any plants that die. Within 90 days of installation, several plants died. I contacted the owner (Brian) on at least five separate occasions and he never came out to replace the plants. He seemed to avoid me, never returning my calls. Eventually he told me (via text) it would have to wait until spring because it got too cold. Well, here we are in April and still no replacement plants. We've had about ten plants die over the winter as well. I've attempted to get in touch with the owner again, but he has not shown in any attempt to get to our property to fulfill the one year plant warranty. A paver path was also installed July 2018, and he never returned to seal it, as promised. Moral of my story--- the initial product is good, but don't expect good follow through with replacement of plants that died under warranty or returning to seal any paver stones once the crew has left your site. _________________________________________________________________________ High Quality Work at a fair price! Brian, the owner of Best Home & Lawn, spent a lot of time with my husband and I before starting the project. He was very open to using some of the design ideas I had from a different landscaper. He compiled the ideas and gave us a complementary 3D digital image of what our property would look like after the project was completed. He was very patient with us. We started working with Brian summer 2017 and finally hired him to do the project summer 2018. He did not charge us for any of his consultations. Once we agreed on the design plans, his crew started within a few weeks. The crew members were very professional and did a great job with tearing out old plants, creating new landscape beds, trimming an overgrown crab apple tree, and installing all new plants. We are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Best Home & Lawn comes highly recommended. Brian and his crew did an A+ job and were professional. Brian was very easy to work with and communicate with. I would definitely recommend him for your next landscaping project!

  We recently purchased a new home with large trees. Brian sent a crew out to gather and remove the leaves. They did an awesome job! They also took care of the leaves that were covering the mulch and long driveway. I’ll be contacting him in the spring for landscaping!

  Brian and his crew did a wonderful job on our landscaping project. He provided an excellent plan and vision for our home. He completed one of our major projects in one day.
