Beltz Lawn and Garden service team seems to always mess something up when I need my mower worked on or a part ordered. I attempted to get a mulch kit twice and both times they gave me the wrong price and ordered the wrong part, delaying the install time. I even told them the second time I ordered a mulch kit that the first time around was incorrect and we still ran into the same issue. They also tried to get me to pay for delivery when they were the ones who messed up the first time. Plus, my zero turn now operates incorrectly and I can barely turn right after it was dropped back off. I asked them to look into my left zero turn arm and now the right is really bad. My mowers left arm also will come back inward and cause my battery to die. This mower has less than 100 hours and nothing but headaches. I would consider looking elsewhere next time. I am giving them a 2 star because the sales team was great. Service not so much.

Great experience at the Canton location with the sales managers assistance/knowledge to making a decision on a top of line, multiple mfg, large on site inventory! Was amazed at the difference in quality vs the big home improvement centers equipment!! The price match offer was a comfort and the service dept average turnaround on service was a great added feature! I took advantage of their ( for a very fair small fee) of leaving my used zero-turn on site and was resold in 2 week for better then twice the trade in offer! Great option Beltz!! Had my new eXmark radis x delivered 2 days later! Great solid zero-turn, seat suspension design was genius says my lower back!! Thanks Beltz!!

This place is terrible! I have had my mower in there several times this summer because the belt keeps coming off. After spending well over $500 to replace the pulleys the problem is still not correct. The belt continues to come off.I’m done with this place! They are not the only mower place on Akron. I honestly don’t know how they have stayed in business all these years.

Lynn I apologize that our service has not lived up to your expectations. Belt issues on some models can be hard to remedy.
