  bellas is a horrible company! Having a family member and a friend that worked for the company there is no professionalism or any type of structure. when attempting to work up the chain of command to get any resolution is out the window. On top of that while in the truck workers should NOT be hanging out windows, blowing off debris at cars where chunks are hitting them and workers are laughing, hitting signs on company's and property and not reporting yet passerbys can see this, carrying weapons on them or in the vehicle, selling or involving in drug activity and it's all visible and happening (Managers to). Managers try to hire, fire and rehire all within the same week. More than the BBB needs involved. Never would I hire or advise anyone looking forp work to attempt to hold a job with this company. Save yourself the headache.

  If you have a nice vehicle beware these guys will cut grass and throw it all over your vehicle with their lawn mowers and whatever else might be in the grass like Rocks sticks etc. Had them do this to my vehicle at the apartment complex I live in 4x spoke with the on-site supervisor multiple times and even someone over the supervisor on their crew at the site but they don't care it keeps happening either the workers are incompetent or management is incompetent stay away if you value your vehicle or anything that you own nice on property.
