  They will rip you off. Priced there Sthil products way above the suggested retail price without telling you and then proceeded to say they took a bit off. In addition, they have invoiced me at home for additional payments for services I had already paid on site. Stay away.

  Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. I don't know how this place is still in business. They told me my product was in stock and set up a delivery date (but couldn't give me a time). They "forgot" about the delivery until I called to remind them after waiting most of the day. Then they called and said the product wasn't in stock. 5 weeks after I placed the order and PAID for the product. BUYER BEWARE.

  I have been doing business with this company for about 15 years. The service department works on my farm equipment and has always done a very good job. In the last month, Johnny and his crew have worked on my mule, my backhoe and my sprayer. As usual, they fixed it right up.
