Employee's are helpful and keep you updated on back ordered parts. Prices are reasonable.

Never been inside, never will. These guys think they own the alley. They constantly have vehicles blocking the alley. The alley is actually a T intersection alley. I've seen times where traveling east they have BOTH
exists blocked (east and north). Based on how inconsiderate they are of locals through downtown I would never trust them to look at anything I own.
I'm downtown everday, this is not isolated incident.

How can you leave a business a negative review if you’ve never been inside our store or done business with us? We’ve been located in downtown Belgrade for 46 years and the alley situation isn’t really up to us. We are extremely busy this time of year and there are  other ways around town besides the alley.

Great local shop.  The guys all really know what they're talking about.  Super helpful.

Have spoken to a few people here now and they are all very pleasant, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. They replaced a transmission for a Troy-Bilt Flex under warranty. It took 10 days to take first look, 7 days to liaise with Troy-Bilt and receive transmission, and 2 days to install. Under 3 weeks total was very reasonable at this peak time of year.
Priority is given to machines they sell; i.e. the units that arrived after me for service that had been sold by them, jumped ahead of my unit. So it may be worth buying from them in the first place.
For annual service, they don't charge to pick up and deliver back the units they sold. I guess they pick up when they're ready each year so you get it back sooner too. Another reason to consider buying from them.
If they had not agreed to look at my unit and liaise with Troy-Bilt warranty dept, I would have had to take it to Helena (2 hours away) which is currently the only Troy-Bilt approved service shop in all of Montana. I don't know how much hassle it was in the end for them but I'm very grateful they agreed to work on this unit for me, and to Troy-Bilt too.

Amazing people and staff, true and honest. Another great local and family team business. Might be a few bucks more than a box store but the knowledge that they give you is worth it, and you're supporting local and keeping money local.

I have used Belgrade Sales and Service for many years, personally and with my business, Invisible Fence of the Big Sky.  They have consistently done very good work at reasonable prices and with friendly service.  I highly recommend them.

Recently experienced the amazing service of a family owned local mower shop.  These people are unbelievable, friendly, and as knowledgable as it comes.

I bought my mower from Brittany and have to say it was one of the best  and honest retail experiences I have ever had.  If you care about top-notch service and supporting your local team, Belgrade Sales and Service can not be beat!!!!  No other place to buy a mower that can match their experience and service.

Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.  I'm sure they are all awesome, but cant go wrong working with Brittany, she was GREAT!

On several occasions I have had to bring a machine with a Honda engine for service. With no exaggeration each time our machine was held hostage for 3-4 weeks. This was a business machine that completely shut us down. This happened no less than 5 times over the years. Finally we found a place to service our machine in Billings in a couple days rather than weeks.  I had absolutely no other choice locally otherwise after the second time I would never have returned.

Thank you Belgrade Sales! You guys are wonderful to work with!!! Great friendly fast service! Bought a new mower there, had issues with it the following spring. They found the issue, honored the warranty, and got me back to tackling my lawn in no time!!!!!
