  I called to set up an appointment to have a travel driveway. I was told by the wife, who was very pleasant, that her husband would would call me later. I did speak with him and we set up an appointment for the next Wednesday. After the time he was to. After over an hour being late for the appointment at my house, I called the wife and she said he wouldn’t be in the area. I asked her why he didn’t call and let me know, and all she said was he wasn’t in the area and she was sorry. She told me he would call me later in the day. No call from the husband at all. On the second morning, she called to decline the opportunity to go the job. I guess he leaves a tough calls to his wife. That’s all that had to tell me from the beginning Knut because of all the positive reviews I stayed with them. I donot recommend the way this company does business

  I am sorry for your inconvenience. We do try to make everyone happy. Yes someone should have called to let you know we couldn't make it that day, but it didn't happen. I did apologize and tell you why he wasn't coming that way. Thanks for considering us anyway. Joyce
