  Used Beck’s for lawn service for 2 years with no issue. This spring they didn’t come to mow for 2 weeks after I called. I asked for a landscaping estimate. I called back 6 weeks later after not hearing anything. They finally sent someone out. He said he would give me an estimate that weekend. Two weeks later still no estimate. Unresponsive and untimely service is not a great look with plenty of local options.

  I used Beck's Maintenance and Garden Center for nine years for mulch. I never had a problem. This year the mulch I received was the wrong quantity. Beck's admitted that it could have happened that day due to high delivery volume. They were hard to get a hold of and make the things right. I stopped in and the owner, Joe, was very rude and abrasive. He would not credit back my delivery fee or refund my money. Instead they gave me an in store credit. Why would I use a company again where the owner treats customers that way?

  I have been using Beck’s since August and they have been amazing! Joe came out and gave us a pretty big estimate and scope of project. Our place was a mess and needed a massive cleanup! He’s great to work with and very honest! His crew are great guys and they are so reliable! This is so important! We live in a heavily wooded area and in the Spring and Fall especially we depend on these guys to show up for us and when they don’t it’s a disaster! They’ve showed up!! They don’t just show up. They are super thorough. You don’t have to follow them around and make sure they’re doing what you asked originally. Clearly Joe took good notes all those months ago because this team is on point! They’ve done landscaping, regular mowing and powerwashing for us and I would highly recommend them! We hope to be able to use them for years to come!
