3 times now my husband or I have taken off of work to go drop off or pick up equipment and they were closed. I specifically asked last time to verify they would be open to pick up my repair, and drove 30 minutes to get there once again to find them closed. Be sure to call right before you go.

Home town feel. James knew his product like the back of his hand. James and his staff has repaired multiple weedeaters, and chainsaws for me over the past year. James is extremely knowledgeable and will steer you into the right direction for your equipment needs.  COVID-19 has made the part's supply rather difficult, but beaver equipment's know how and experience can save you from buying unnecessary parts.  Purchased an Echo CS-7310P from James and it is absolutely amazing and very much the power house it is advertised.  Well worth the wait.

These guys are great!  I'm new to the area and new to using ride on mowers.  They called me back right away and said it was so simple, they weren't going to charge me!  I flooded the darn thing on start up!  (no dumb blonde jokes please!).  They will definitely get my business.  We all know those unscrupulous companies that could have taken advantage.  These guys are honest, knowledgeable and kind.

The end of August 2016, I dropped off a Honda self-propelled lawn mower to have the cable replaced on the drive system. The mower was relatively new and I had only used it for 2 seasons. I was told that it would take approximately 1 week to have the repair completed and I would get a call when I could pick up the mower.

Three to four weeks went by and I didn’t receive a call, so I stopped by to see if it was completed.  I was told that they were very busy and hadn’t gotten to the repair.  I called a couple of weeks later and was told that an additional part needed to be ordered.  After two more weeks, I stopped by and was told that the wrong part had come in and had to be reordered.  A few days later, I was called to say the repair was completed.  I picked up the mower and tried to use it and the self-propel system still wasn’t working properly.  I took the mower back to Beaver Industrial Equipment and told him the mower wasn’t working properly and left it with him again for another week.

He called me to say that he couldn’t fix the mower and that the only way for him to find out what was wrong was to start replacing parts such as the transmission, belts and pulleys and that it could get expensive.  I told him that I thought that he should be able to test the mower and determine what the problem was and only replace the necessary parts. I told him that I would just take the mower to someone else to have the necessary repairs completed.

After loading the mower, I went back inside to talk to him.  At this point, he had had the mower for over 2 months and still the mower was not functioning properly.  I asked him if he would refund the labor cost and I would pay for the parts so he did not have any out of pocket expenses and only had lost some time.  I had been to the store at least six times, had to take the mower to him twice and I had about as much time invested in the project as he did at this point and he had the mower for more than 2 months.
He was unreasonable and said he replaced the cable like I asked him to and he wouldn’t refund anything.
