  We were trying to get our house ready to sell, and had bids from a few companies. Jay was one of the easiest to work with. He understand what we wanted and gave us a nice detailed bid. It was what happened after the job started that impressed me. We added a number of small items to the job, that weren't on the initial estimate. We had a huge back yard with lots of obstacles and extra work, but Jay and his workers were very good about accommodating us, saving a lot of time and money. We'll definitely use them again!
