  I have been in my townhome for 1 1/2 now and all I’ve heard is that Baxter is better than the last company they had. I don’t know what the previous company did but I can tell you this, I am highly dissatisfied in the work that Baxter does. Now there have been 3 teams members who will actually stop and talk to me when I have a concern or need something done. I have even given tips to get certain things that THEY should be doing automatically such as edging up the grass! I shouldn’t have to ask for that. Being in the landscaping business means you have a great eye for detail. I understand that this is a large area to cover BUT this is apart of the contract that was signed between Baxter and The HOA. Our grass at the beginning of spring looked nice! It was pretty, green, thick and professional looking. Now, it’s brown, there’s different kinds of grass growing on the regular grass that looks very unattractive. The bushes were growing out of control until I had to buy my own hedge cutters and cut my own bush. I have my own electric weed eater to go behind Baxter for my front and back yard. I would love for my communities grass to look like gold course grass, neatly trimmed, low cut no weeds, bushes all have shapes. I voice my concerns to the HOA but it does no good because every Baxter team member does things differently. Some care about the job they do, others are just ready to get the day over. They fail to realize that a lot of people are home watching what they do. There’s a pile of tree rubbish left from when they pruned the bushes back on the side walk that has been there for 3 weeks. They come every Friday and nobody has bothered to get it up. I hate that I live here and the grass looks the way it looks. I want to buy a house and have my own grass manicured the way it should.

  The workers are rude and careless. They work for the HOA where I live so I’m stuck with them... for now. Many people here have complained about them so hopefully soon they will be replaced. Many items in our garden have been broken. They don’t do a nice job on the lawns during the summer. They park wherever and hang out in the middle of the road and give you dirty looks and make remarks when you try to get by them.

  They provide landscaping in my neighborhood, unfortunately I’m stuck with them since our hoa has a contract with them. They are careless and neglect their basic job duties. I wish my hoa would hire different landscapers. They are a waste of money.
