  Barefoot Lawns installed my new sprinkler system mid summer 2020. This is the result! The pictures don’t lie. Even after reseeding the entire lawn this past spring, it’s uglier than ever. Paid in full. Not cheap either. Took your word, but should have been honest in your abilities. I Never received remote code for programming as promised, even after calling multiple times. Not happy !

  When this system was originally quoted to be installed all parties were under the impression that it was pressurized irrigation. After having completed the installation and realizing that it was a gravity fed irrigation system we recommended installing a booster pump. At which point we did a temporary install of a pump in order to make sure that your lawn was getting watered. While we were spending time trying to find the best solution for you we were told on numerous occasions by suppliers and other installers that we should just walk away. But we had committed to you to finish. We even had a supplier come out and look to see what their recommendation would be. They informed you the best solution would be a pump. After about a month you decided that you wanted us to run a larger main line from the back to the front in order to increase the flow. Upon completion of the larger main line which was done at no additional charge, you were satisfied with the results and you said if you had to drag a hose because of the coverage due to lack of pressure you were fine with that. Not once have we spoken this year in regards to this issue. If you called the office and left no message, how are we to know you called? The solution was offered to you to install a pump to increase the pressure for better coverage which you declined multiple times. Had we been made aware of any issues or dissatisfaction we would have been out but that was never communicated to us until now. Please call the office directly at 2083238002 to ensure that your issues can be resolved in a timely manner and to coordinate for someone to come out and address the timer issue.
