I paid $840 for (5) small trees(the smallest ones in the picture)to be planted on June 23rd, 2021, I followed the instructions as given for care and watering.  I called back the company when I noticed later that the trees were turning brown, someone from the company came out, gave instructions on fertilizing and watering again I followed these instructions.  However, later as the trees began to die and I called back, I was told I over watered and over fertlized. I am still waiting to see how they will honor their contract.

Mrs. Russell.  You severely over-fertilized your trees and killed them.  I cautioned you against this when we first planted them because you were really pushy about how to get your trees to grow as fast as possible to create a screen from your neighbor.  Customer neglect is not covered by warranty.  I'm sorry.  I'd be happy to give you a significant discount on replacement trees as well as a post-installation care and feralization program.

As with all my tree work with Ballard, another professional and thorough service. To start, I especially like the low price guarantee (for same proposed work). That's always nice to know.  The communications, coordination for scheduling was efficient and on time. On the day of the work, the team lead/supervisor, David, was outstanding, as was the entire team. I know Ballard to provide trusted quality for work I can not be up in the canopy to observe. David kept me informed, took me on a tour of the completed work, and quickly responded to a few small specifics. Highly recommended for trusted, quality tree service, and with a low price guarantee!

Used these buys to take down an Ash tree that had been infected with Ash borers and was dying.   received quotes from a number of services, and while Ballard wasn't the least expensive, I felt most comfortable with their knowledge and was very pleased with their service .... I  have some other trees to remove and they will be my first call

I use their service to purchase seasoned fire wood every year. The wood is delivered within 2-3 days of submitting my order. The wood is well seasoned and last me a long time. I will continue to use their services!!!

I had an unpleasant experience with Ballard Enterprises. My firewood was stolen. I ordered firewood from them and nobody contacted me about the timing of the delivery ahead of time. I wanted to be home when the wood was delivered. The driver called me at about 10.00 am on the day of delivery, as he arrived with the truckload of firewood. I was at work, and in meetings that morning, so my phone was not nearby. He left me a message to call him back to confirm the location where the wood should be dumped. Without waiting for my call-back and confirmation, he dumped the wood in a common area 10 minutes later. Another voicemail that I wasn’t aware of at the time was left stating that the wood was dropped off. By the time I checked my voicemail, there was no way for me to leave work to get to the wood. I would have expected direct communication from the company prior to dropping off the wood, because I really wanted to be home when arrived. It was dumped in an area that is vulnerable and not secure. When I called to report that my wood was stolen, I did not get a favorable response from the office. I called a second time to merely ask if they would consider waiving the delivery fee and possibly offer a partial credit. Considering the total loss of $313 I didn’t think that my request was unreasonable. I would have expected a fair compromise considering the lack of communication before delivering the wood. I have given my business to this company in the past and recommended them to many of my friends and I’m disappointed that they didn’t treat me like a valuable customer.

Since you're going to try to trash me on google, let's go ahead and tell the public the ENTIRE story.   First of all, we did notify you.   The office called you the day before and the driver called you the morning of.  You ordered from our website.  In the product description on the website, IN BIG BOLD LETTERS, it says that if you have any special delivery instructions to leave them in the notes section when you order, otherwise expect your delivery anytime in the next five days and our driver will use their best judgement.  This is the second time that you've ordered from us.   This most recent delivery was made to the exact same spot that we delivered it to the first time, which is exactly where you requested it be placed.  We didn't pick the "vunerable/unsecure" location... you did.   I think it's horrible that someone stole your firewood after we delivered it, and as such I did indeed offer you our friends and family discount, which is typically ONLY for close friends and relatives because we lose money at that price.   When that wasn't good enough for you, you completed cursed out my office staff, repeatedly using the "F" word to tell us how horrible we are. That's where I draw the line.  Normally, I will completely bend over backwards to help a client.  However, you are one of those unreasonable, entitled, nasty people that thinks that no matter what, everything is always someone else's fault and everybody owes you something.   In my opinion, you are absolutely the worst kind of customer and I give you ONE STAR in return.   Please do not ever contact my business again as you will be refused service.   May this also serve as a warning to any other business owners that happen to read this.
