Cant say enough about Steve, Robbie? and Ian.   Arrived on time. Immediately went to work.  Full respect for our property.  Communicated throughout the process and cleaned up well.   We had two maple trees taken down a walnut tree crown cleaned.  First time using Bairs but wont be the last time based on this experience

;Bairs over seeded and thatched our 4 acres but it rained the next day and most of the seed washed away. They should have waited a few days for the weather to clear.

We had a great experience. They were so professional. They took the time to educate us about our trees and the end product is amazing. Totally changed the view from our backyard. We will use them again and highly recommend.

I just had some tree removal and tree pruning done by Bair's Tree Service. The crew was very professional and careful with their work. They seemed to work great as a team and left my property almost cleaner than before the work started. The Estimator, Scott explained what would be accomplished and provided a clear detailed estimate. The price was very affordable as compared to some earlier competitor estimates I had received a couple of months ago which made me put off my decision then. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality, affordable tree work.

Incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant staff, both in the tree and lawn services. Reasonable pricing for the services provided. Bair’s was able to remove a lot of deadwood from our old oak to significantly improve its appearance, while another company told us it was not worth trimming and should have been taken down.

I needed a 70 ft tall Hickory removed from my front yard.  I contacted 3 tree service companies.  Bair's Tree Service beat the bid from a local competitor by almost 10%.   The crew that came out was courteous and professional.  They worked efficiently, and did a great job!  I definitely would use these guys again!

Very professional, arrived on time with the proper equipment. Removed tree approx 5 ft at the base, no problems, no damage, everything removed and cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Will not use again. I asked for an estimate to trim my oak trees, it was quoted as $860. After the work the bill was $1240. The reason was another tree was trimmed. Why was I not given the correct  price when I asked for all my trees to be done.Several large ruts were left in the lawn, we called to have them fixed with no response.Also the sales agent is very condescending, sorry I am a female. The trim job itself was good too bad the rest of the service was not of this quality.

Wow what a great hack job they did on our scrubs. If I would have known this is how it was going to come out, I would have done it myself (if I had the equipment). Was charged the same price for all work, no matter what was done, shearing, removal, shaping, etc. If I'd known that I would have had another one removed, rather than having something slightly sheared, and basically dead in the back and drooping in front. Debris wasn't cleaned up properly. I would have thought they would have at least used a blower afterwards, debris was all over (inside potted plants and newly mulched garden beds).
In the beginning, getting a response to come out and quote was quick, but after that, you would hear nothing back. You would fax over your 'contract' and hear nothing, several calls and voicemails, no response. Finally weeks go by before we heard anything back.

This company was horrible, and their service was terrible. It took over three weeks for them to come back out to remove the stump from the tree they removed. I had to call them to remind them to come out and remove the stump. They tore up about 300 square ft of my lawn, which now looks awful. While they were "removing the stump", they cut electrical wires that were connected to street lamps on the road. I notified the company and told them about this and they told me they are not responsible for that mistake. I do not understand how a business can treat its customers in that way and make them pay for something they did not do. Now I will have to spend another several hundred dollars to fix their mistake on top of the $700 they charged me to remove the tree. This does not include the money I will have to spend to seed my lawn since it is now destroyed. Thank you very much for the terrible service and the lack of help to fix your mistake. I hope your business goes under. I will never recommend your business to anyone I know.
