  Mr Bailey came by and gave an estimate for the work I needed and told me when he would start. He never showed, and gave an excuse as to why and a new start date. I called several times after that date and received another excuse. He never showed up and never returned my later calls. I am very disappointed in his lack of concern for me as a client. If he would have just told me up front, or at any time that he didn't want the job, I could understand. But just putting me off kept me from contacting someone else to do the work. VERY, VERY disappointing

  Very friendly while here; showed up on time & did the work. We spent just under $4,000 for grass on our property (~2 1/2-3 acres.) Not all of our grass came up though & after multiple attempts to contact to see what needed to be done with no response, we finally gave up. Now we have a patchy lawn that we will have to spend additional money to seed ourselves.
