  First of all I almost never write negative reviews, Maybe a few bad reviews on a bad product but I especially do not write negative reviews on someone who provides a service because I'm well aware of how these reviews could negatively affect someones livelyhood. However, in this case I called husqvarna and they told me this was a warranty issue and they would pay and for me to take it to "Bs outdoor power" in Apple Grove, WV. I called Bs and they said at first they had the parts to fix my husqvarna chainsaw. I drove miles out in the country because I was going to get it fixed that day. However, Bs told me they were wrong and had to order the parts and said it would cost $53 and they would call Husqvarna for warranty to fix it and it would take five days. Unfortunately, 5 days later I called B's but no answer. I left messages for 3 more days. Finally, day 10, I drove miles back out to B'S and they said no parts back yet. Day 15 and saw was finally fixed but now B's told me it was $75 and the warranty was my problem since they determined it was caused by my damage. Again husqvarna had already agreed to pay and B's did not even call the warranty people at husqvarna. I just wanted my saw back so I very reluctantly agreed to pay.because at some point because of B's poor communication during all this bull#### I actually got the feeling B's was trying to keep my chain saw. I know this sounds like paranoia on my part but I know their is a law in WV that if a customer fails to pay for and pick up a repaired item, at some point the repairer gets to keep it. To add insult to injury, I get the saw back only to find the problem was only partially fixed By the way the issue was malfunction of the chain brake This is THE.number one safety feature on any chainsaw. My receipt isn't itemized and just says $75 and with no WV sales tax.... just $75. Like an arbitrary number of how much more B's could rip me off an extra.$22. Never take you're stuff here. Repairing Husqvarna and other power equipment is obviously just a side business to them. Lastly I'm calling Husqvarna tomorrow and inform them of all this. I mostly want to insure that B's does not also try to bill Husqvarna for the repair under the warranty.
