We scheduled for this company to arrive at our home at 10:00am and they called at 1:10pm stating that they would TRY to come to our home between 3 and 4 pm...REALLY? Poor customer service was punctuated by his lack of an apology at wasting our time waiting for him. I do not recommend this business to my family or friends, all others proceed at your own risk.
