Josh with B & F helped me locate a part that I was unable to find elsewhere (it was actually a discontinued part).  He happily looked up the part for me, found that he had it in stock and shipped it to me.  He even followed the transaction up with a phone call giving me the tracking number of the shipment.  Very happy with their service!

Spoke with Josh at B & F Small Engines, was very nice. I hope all local people in Greenwood will support this business.

Truly a rare experience. Friendly and knowledgeable.  Parts needed were in stock.. Offered advice and repaired my product in the same day. B&F folks not only have all my future service.  I will definitely purchase any future equipment from them.

First time I've ever been there and these guys are top shelf all the way ! They were able to help me find the parts I needed and we had to order them since it was an oddball of a part.  The prices seem really fair and the guys were great.

If I could give a half star I would. Brought my riding mower in to get them to service it back in Dec 2020. This was just a routine maintenance with one extra. That one extra was my parking brake. The service dept says it will take 4 weeks. No problem since it was Dec. I called 6.5 weeks later b/c I have not heard from them. Service says it will be ready soon and miraculously it was ready two days later after I called. I paid 350.00 for this mower to be ready for the season. I have cut twice and my parking brake won't work, my battery died and the mower cuts uneven in the yard. Just do the work right B&F!! If you forgot to work on my mower just admit it and do it right!! Bad service! I will tell more people as I already have about this place.

This is not an issue from 5 mons ago!! This is less than 90 days. I dropped it off in Dec and you let it sit for almost 2 mons before I called and asked about it. Check your records and lets not act like I gave false info. Your team did a bad job on my mower because they rushed the work to get it done. You did $50 worth of work for $350 that I paid!

Keith - I see that this was 5 months ago - if you had contacted us, we certainly would have addressed these issues. We do stand behind our work. Not sure what you mean by "$50 worth of work for $350" - $325 of the work was unrelated to your complaints. You did not request any work to your battery or mower deck, but they were working fine when your mower was here 5 months ago. The only other issue you're mentioning is your parking brake, which we charged you 20 dollars to repair. We certainly would have corrected this issue, free of charge.

Response to Keith's edit: This is absolutely not true. The unit was not here for "6.5 weeks", and you had the unit for 5 months at the time of the review, not 90 days. I'd be happy to print out a new copy of your work order, which shows the drop-off and pick-up dates.

Very happy with the work done. Everything completed in the time frame that was quoted , pricing as always is very reasonable.  Very satisfied.

This is the second year we’ve used B&F Small Engine for the free pick up in January for annual service, maintenance, and blade sharpening on our Husquvarna riding mower.  Making the appointment was easy and we were contacted for a convenient time for lawnmower pick up.  Confirmation was by text and phone call.  In less than three business days, I was contacted for a good time to return the mower.  It was returned clean with an invoice listing all performed services.  I plan to use this service on an annual basis.

I had a great experience with B&F in Greenwood.  I needed a new engine on my old log splitter.  I towed it over to B&F - and they took all the measurements - bolt pattern - spindle height and length - and selected a new engine that fit perfectly.  I was able to replace the engine in about an hour - and it worked perfectly.  I highly recommend B&F Small Engine.

I have relied on B & F Small Engine for not only their products, but also their instructions on DIY repairs. This was my first year with my Husqvarna lawn tractor. The young man who picked up the tractor was courteous and even took time to show me helpful about my tractor.
These ARE the Go-To guys for your small engine needs.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the staff at BNSF and their product availability. Working in the area, they have treated me like they’ve known me for years. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and energetic staff. The Service technicians  repair my equipment and turn it around in an expedited time frame, normally while I wait. B & F understands that a company can’t survive without good people and good equipment.
