I had a hard time trying to find consistent lawn service until I found B&B! Gave them a call and they had my yard mowed the next day and then came and hauled off some junk that had been accumulating for a year or two! Including a little camper, mattress, and more! In the rain no less! My yard has never looked better. Consistent, punctual, affordable and super nice guys!

I would leave a ZERO star if I were able. Back in March I was driving in Wesr Knoxville where B&B was doing Lawn care for a local West Knox business. A rock was thrown by the mower causing a quarter sized dent in my car. Of course I pulled over to check my ca . The men mowing immediately said they were not mowing when I drove by. I called the police to report however was informed this is merely an insurance issue. By this time I had 7 Male B&B employees around m . Two of which were making inappropriate comments to me. Thank God for the security patrol who stopped while I exchanged numbers with the owner of the company. Well it's now May and I still haven't heard anything. I'm out my deductible for insurance repair. The owner has yet to call my Insurance company. The procurement department is involved. So West Knox businesses who use this unreputable company my advice is DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!!!!! There are more qualified companies out there than this LOSER Update: Still unsettled claim. Supposed Investigation Department. Well let me say this Mr. Harper you have yet to provide your liability insurance to my insurance company. So.... like in my. Review beware West Knoxville. His men mind you were making Inappropriate Comments and they are ethnic. I am Not ethnic and I found his employees comments degrading. Very Inappropriate!!! Shady just like him!

Ms. Spencer, due to the nature of our business, we get many claims regarding damaged vehicles. We do our best to make sure we as a company and those around us are safe. We have been in contact with your insurance company, however, we have an investigation process on our end that we are required to perform by our insurance company. I apologize that the process is not as quick as you would like. We are a reputable company, and we pride ourselves in providing quality lawn care or construction services to our clients. This business is subcontracted by KUB to repair lawns in my area. The one star rating I'm giving is only due to the gentlemen that I've spoken with in my neighborhood who have been courteous up to this point and for the woman Rep. I spoke to over the phone. Otherwise I'd attempt a lower rating. The first issue I brought to both KUB and this business was the shoddy repair work performed. My lawn was left with a few issues that impacted my ability to maintain it and also presented a hazard and liability. Both KUB and this business were quick to respond to my issue, yet communication between the two was challenging. This caused me to lose a few hours of sleep unfortunately. Having communicated in person and performing an hour's worth of work myself to show a proper fix to the issues, I had hoped this to be all that was necessary. The following day I did a quality inspection on the work that was done. The company had covered up the water meter with straw and soil and I found a medical needle in the top soil that was placed by this company. Nevermind the several other issues that were not completely corrected. There's a company, using contaminated soil which contains a bio hazard and that's scary! Out of concern I reached out to the company to inform them of the situation, but no one was answering my calls. This being a major issue, I drove down to the company before they closed for the day to ensure that they were aware of the situation. My viewpoint being that they were possibly unaware of the quality issue in the top soil that they were using. At the office, the door was locked before closing hours. I was eventually able to get an employee's attention to come allow me in. Unfortunately, while explaining the situation to this employee of the company I was near instantly met with a set of defensive questions such as, why didn't I call the police. The employee also borderline aggressively grabbed the thin ziplock bag that I used to contain the medical needle. I decided to leave immediately out of concern for both of our safety. I don't think the man understood the dangers that used medical needles present and our rapport was already broken. Due to the nature of this interaction and the lack of professionalism, I'd never use this company. My best advice if you're having any issues with this company would be to get a police report then seek legal aid. Best of luck.

Sir, the encounters you have had are unfortunate, however, we have been doing business for over 30 years and 15+ of those years have been business with KUB. This has been the first concern of this nature brought to us. Our company is a reputable company who provides and has been providing quality service to our direct clients and in direct clients. Additionally for you to assume, we, B&B, left the medical needle is unfortunate as well. We would not and did not place/leave a medical needle in the top soil. We do not use any contaminated soil, soil we use comes from a reputable company that performs their processes in order to make sure they are delivering a quality product. As mentioned before, we have been doing business for over 30 years and 15+ of those years have been business with KUB. This has been the first concern of this nature brought to us. We have been supporting the same soil company for 15+ of those years as well. Thank you for your feedback.
