  Beware company has no insurance if they damage your property you will be held responsible. We hired B&B lawn to remove a limb hanging over the eave of our house because we were afraid if we did it ourselves we could possibly damage the house. They did not noose the broken limb to any upper limbs to keep it from falling they just cut it and let it fall on the eave of the house damaging our gutters. A guy on the roof began hammering the gutter making dents all in it trying to repair it and my husband told them to stop. Billy said he could come back with some pliers and try to get it out and my husbands just told him no just go because that would only damage it further. Billy told him that it was $200.00 $25 more than what he had quoted because he said it turned out to be harder than he expected. My husband just wanting him to go gave him the $200 and told him to leave. I contacted them and talked to Billy I said I believe that you owe for the damages caused to our gutter and he said that he had no insurance he was just a mom and pop shop and couldn’t afford to do that. I told him we also had had businesses and if we ever made a mistake we always fixed it no matter what. That’s called good business practice. He could not have cared less.

  Billy, More than delivered a beautiful flower bed, he delivered what he promised, very knowledgeable & professional, he is now our go to guy for landscape work. Definitely trying to spread the word of his great work.
