Dishonest and lacking the courtesy to give you a heads up notice on when you are potentially being laid off from work. Leaving you in a bind after you had worked your rear off for this company, you'd think you they have more common courtesy. This is my recent experience with working for B and B. Need to set an example for their employees and practice they preach.
