  My zero turn mower would not start. It’s too big to put in the trunk and take in for service. Out of desperation I called BA Lawn & Garden. Alex answered the call. He listened on the phone to the engine crank but not start. He suggested a procedure to try. I am not mechanically inclined so he stayed on the phone and guided me step by step through the procedure. It worked. The mower started and continued to run. That commitment and high level of customer service is WAY beyond the norm. Before we hung up I thanked him for helping me and his excellent customer service. His response was “You are the most important customer I have right now. Glad I could help.” Alex does not know me. We have never met except for this call. Saturday morning he made me feel like like a VIP.

  Bought a Sthil leaf blower from them. The salesperson was very helpful in making my selection. I was tired of going to big box stores that have no idea of whAt they’re selling. I will definitely return for future purchases
