  It has been great to work with Noe at Avanza. He worked out a package that has the services we need while still fitting our budget. His crew is courteous and does excellent and efficient work. There is definitely a positive difference in how the property looks since we hired Avanza. Noe is responsive and communicates well with his customers, and we've been very happy with his work. Highly recommend.

  I recently moved into a townhome with a small garden on the patio that had been overrun by mint and other overgrown plants. I have no gardening experience so I contacted Avanza to help clean it up and plant grass instead. Noe was super nice and knowledgeable, and helped me decide what kind of grass to use that would fit my lifestyle with a dog. It looks amazing now!

  Recieved a proposal, have made several attempts to get responces through email with no success. Leads me to believe that if i did hire them for our patio replacement would it be as hard to get them to do the job? Left messages on the answering system with nocall backs. I tried again today, we will see the result.
