  Randy is a master with hardscape and is very creative, contributing new ideas for our landscape project. He worked tirelessly in unfavorable weather conditions (extreme rain) and we were very pleased with the work he did for us. Unfortunately, he never responded to our acceptance of his bid for the second phase of our project, despite the many attempts we made to contact him. We would give him 5 stars, except for the lack of communication. We're so disappointed that we never heard back from him.

  We couldn't be more pleased with the job Randy Autem did for our backyard. To just say he did a really great job would be such an understatement. 'Artisan Landscapers' I think is the best way to describe Randy and his crew. They really took our basic vision to the next level and beyond. The years of experience and eye for design they applied to every step in the process really turned our backyard into our own northwest paradise. Their level of attention to detail surprised us a little, to be honest. From the construction of our pavilion, the boulder/rock placements, the patio, lighting, the water fountain, and all the plantings; they were just so meticulous in the execution of everything and you could really tell from day one that they wanted us to be completely happy with the final product. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Really.

  I have been working with Randy Autem on the landscaping of our new construction. Randy and his crew really know what they're doing and take the time and care to do it RIGHT the first time; very meticulous and an attention to detail that I didn't know existed in ladscaping. Autem Landscape Services designed and installed 60 tons of rock in outcroppings, huge stone steps, along with plantings and bark. It immediately took the whole property to the next level! We are finishing up the third phase of the landscaping now and Autem Landscape Services is doing a phenomenal job grading a large yard area, prepping soil, and designing and installing a huge irrigation system. I have had the pleasure of watching how meticulous Randy and his crew are while installing the irrigation, using very high quality materials and components. His crew is outside right now, working their tails off, and they continue to go above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. Randy has been more than patient and a consummate professional as we brainstorm, design, redesign, budget, and fill the piggy bank for each successive step. In addition to the skills he and his crew employ to get the job done right, Randy has a masterful eye for landscape design; I trust his vision completely and am continually amazed at the results. His estimates and invoices are well organized, easy to read, and (here's the kicker) he can stick to a budget! Definitely be sure to include Autem Landscape Services in your hunt for your landscaping needs. No joke, these guys are top notch!
