Terrible company. The owner, Tim Andes, lies about being the owner to avoid taking responsibility for his failures, and a lot of these reviews are fabricated from his own family/associates. The guy charges people even if they cancel their service and is in general extremely incompetent

I personally know the owner Tim Andes as a man of integrity, honesty and very high moral standard! If you hire “Tim and his team”, you will get exceptional service!!!

Augusta came to my home and did a initial yard clean up and the work was superb! I am now on their schedule for weekly mowing/maintenance. I highly recommend this team!

These guys are Charlestons l!! Avoid like the plague !! Like to offer their premium service and claim they did thatching to the tune of $225 and weeding to the tune of $40 (no obvious difference) and then a $50 mow.  2 guys billed over $150 each for a two hour job? No evidence of Lyme, aeration plugs (claim their machine doesn't leave plugs, yea right).  When confronted why there was 2 different rates on the same bill for the same service (one at $150  and one at $75 for aeration) under the premium service) all they could say was the service was performed.  I've been in Whatcom county doing business for 30 years- medical clinics, commercial properties, restaurants. Have no idea how these schisters stay in business.  Avoid avoid avoid.! You have been warned.  Oh yea - I had to call them back after asking for a manager to call  me after 2 days of waiting.   Their 2 star Yelp rating is overly generous I would give 0.5 if possible.

We don’t have any record of doing service for you. Perhaps a different Augusta location?
Just so you are aware, granular lime is brown and hard to see sometimes on a lawn. Also, some core aerator machines do not leave plugs on the top of the soil. These solid tine aerators are used when the ground is extremely soft or wet and making plugs would cause a mess or mud. Have a great day!

This company is amazing, responded quickly to my request for a project estimate, very professional, arrived on time and scheduled installation quickly.  The crew were very friendly and listened carefully to my request and finished in a timely manner.  They did an amazing job cleaning up the site on completion. I will use the again and highly recommend them!
