Thomas and Carlos just gave my yard an amazing facelift! They were so wonderful and easy to work with. They were on time, great communicators, and laid 10 tons of rock in my yard in 2 days! We are customers for life. If you’re looking for a yard service, give them a call.

Will run a mower over your grass even if it is dead. Never once trimmed the weeds growing around my AC unit. Continued billing even after I canceled service. All the special attention of a large company with low paid employees. They will however keep your grass cut low enough to avoid trouble with the HOA, and were very consistent with their service times. Update: ALC reached out to me. I contracted weekly continuing service and it was up to me to decline service, which in effect means I asked asked them to run a mower over the grass even if dead or sick. I was informed that I was not paying for extra weed trimming, so I should not have expected trimming around the AC. I canceled on 7/29, and was billed on 8/4:($150) and 9/3 ($120, which was refunded); a month of farewell payment is probably also in the contract. The bottom line is I was away from home much of the time and I needed a different level of service. I accept that it was my responsibility to contact a different level of service.

It looks like you accepted recurring mowing service only with no extra weeding or trimming. That was the service on our schedule. Our records show you called on July 29 to let us know you were moving. We documented that in your client profile but forgot to set the end date for the date you moved. We apologize for that oversight. 😢 We kept servicing your property and thus you were charged for services. When you reconnected with us, we paused your service and refunded your card immediately. Please accept our apologies. We are always trying to improve our customer experience. We hope you will give us another try when you move to your new place so you can receive the full Augusta experience. 💛

I had trim I just painted near my neighbors lawn. They came in and used the trimmer to cut the lawn throwing stuff all over my trim. I now have to sand down and repaint. Would it really have been unreasonable to knock on the door and let me know? Or even use the mower for a section normally mowed that would throw less debris? I get it is end of season and there isn't enough growth to justify the mower but really think of others.
