  If I could give 0 stars I would. Hired in April of 2020 as I had just moved to a single family home and did not own a lawn mower/did not want to mow my own lawn. Decided with owner to hire company for bi-weekly services at about $50 per servic($100/month). Hired company on April 18th of 2021, services started on 05/05/2021. I received my first invoice on 05/05/2021 and paid it right away. The invoice was $100. Augusta came out once on 05/05/2021 and claims they came out again on or around 05/20/2021. Although, the second time they reported they came out my lawn looked terrible (no different than it had before), the area around my fence was not trimmed (even though they reported they would do this), and my neighbors who are home all day every day report they did not see anyone out and they would know because they themselves were outside all day doing their own gardening and yard work. Now, almost 7 months later, owner emails me and says I owe $214 as an outstanding balance from May services. Owner is stating that my previous payment was from services in April when they did not start services until May 5 of 2021. Owner also has no idea of when services started, what the rate of payment was, when they actually came out to provide services, and is threatening legal action/court intervention regardless of the fact that all of the evidence clearly shows that services started in May of 2021, payment for the month of May of 2021 was paid, and services were canceled on June 2nd, of 2021. I think it’s ironic that as a seasonal company they are emailing 3 days before Christmas saying I owe them money. Even when proving to owner I paid them for services, the timeline that they actually came out, and proof that I paid, the owners response was, “ok, then you owe us $107”. No, absolutely not okay. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this is just not okay with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ended up purchasing lawn maintenance tools (weed wacker and mower) by mid May and cancelled one month after hiring these guys.

  Our invoices go out at the end of each month for services rendered. Her April invoice came out on May 1st for $107.13 which she paid on May 6th. Her May invoice came out on June 1st for $214.25. She viewed this invoice on June 4th at 7:23pm so she was aware of it at that exact time. End of the year rolls around and we are trying to clean up our accounts receivables and we notice her balance. We reach out to her and after she blasts our company with insults she says that we only came out once in May. We did come out to mow twice in May but I didn’t want to argue so I reduced her bill to reflect one mowing instead of two. Then she said we didn’t come out at all and is refusing to pay and also rewarded us with a one star review which is damaging to small businesses. In conclusion, we won’t get paid for even half of the work we did and our reputation took a hit.

  We hired Augusta Greens to do our Spring yard cleanup. They did a great job so we decided to hire them for lawn mowing. After three years our old snow guy retired so we hired them for that too. We are very impressed with their quality of work and their reasonable rates. We have no complaints and if you need a lawn or snow company I would not hesitate to hire these guys.

  I started with Augusta Greens somewhere between 5-7 years ago and it has been nothing but pleasant and professional. I’ve been meaning to leave a review and I was shocked to see some of the lower reviews on Jeremy’s business! I haven’t had to touch my yard in years and at a very reasonable price. He mows our yard in the summer, picks up our leaves in the fall and the spring, and does snow removal for us in the winter. He even did a mulch job for us once. I highly recommend Jeremy and Augusta Greens for any yard services you may need. If you don’t believe me try it out for yourself.
