Very disappointed. They severely cut back trees on my property without even asking. They were brought to my house to move a fallen tree. In the process they severely damaged a pine tree that was the only privacy I had on that side of the yard. Now I have to pay for a privacy fence, because I have one of those neighbors that thinks she owns me. The tree had serious sentimental value. Instead of calling me and asking me if it was ok, they chopped it. They said the tree was in the way of brush removal. 1st, I did not want to pay them to remove brush. My village does it for free. 2nd, they said that my car was in the way on the otherside of my yard. Instead of asking me to move a car, they butchered the tree I planted with my kids. Scares me to think that anyone thinks they have the right to just destroy my personal property and I should be ok with it.
