  DO NOT setup appointment if the weather is too hot or the project is too small. I called because our irrigation system is having water pressure issue. Setup appointment for Sunday "afternoon." The guy called me at 11am said he can only come either NOW or in 30 minutes time frame. I told him my appointment is in the afternoon and I'm having lunch with friends at that moment. I asked him to come in the afternoon, and he told me the weather is too hot in the afternoon. What! Seriously? Very soon he changed his response and said he's having a big project coming up so he's not gonna take our project. Super irresponsible company. Cannot keep the appointment and gave out ridiculous excuses. Just unbelievable.
