  We bought a new build which didn’t include landscaping so we had a backyard comprised of dirt and sand. Due to COVID, it was nearly impossible to find contractors and a few wouldn’t travel to Wellton from Yuma. Altura was able to schedule us within 3 weeks of calling, arrived a few days early and worked quickly. They installed irrigation, mulch beds, plants, 54 tons of rocks, and *our favorite* a custom brick patio that is gorgeous. I found them a bit pricey but after seeing the way they worked, we’ll be calling them for future projects -sometimes you’ve got to spend the extra money to get the quality you desire. There are many bad contractors in our area, choose Altura and you’ll be happy!

  Had some work done this past spring. $2,000 later after replacing some irrigation, adding some, and fixing some spots, I am not happy. I had to call him back to complete the work, and to clean up the garbage. After a few weeks, and months, I have found sprinklers that were not tightened properly. The sprinklers were low quality. I have spent more time fixing my irrigation system than I did before he came out. I thought about calling to get things fixed but couldn't after my first expierence of getting this job done. There was just too many things. Might be his workers that are doing the poor job. Moral of the story, "If you want something done right, do it yourself." Or hopefully find someone in Yuma that does good work. I do not recommend this company.

  Arturos Landscaping did an amazing job landscaping our front yard for our new home. They exceeded our expectations, even provided us with great advice and information on what grass and plants would work well. They were professional, got the job done on time. Cant wait to start working on our backyard..
