I called Arts to replace 2 valves on my sprinkler system and adjust a few sprinkler heads along my driveway. I ended up with several issues by the time the project was done. 1) The tech broke the end of my PVC that's attached to the valves and decided to replace the entire PVC line. I was charged for the parts and 8 hours’ worth of labor caused by their mistake. 2) The tech ran out of glue and had to drive to town which took about an hour. Again, I was charged for their "labor." 3) When the job was "finished" the housing boxes flooded worse than before. The tech did not replace the valves that I told him needed to be replaced. There was zero doubt that the valves needed to be replaced as they were leaking so bad that they sounded like a water faucet. This is the reason I called Arts in the first place. 4) The tech came back a second day to replace the valves. They had to dig up the housing box for a second time, replaced the 2 valves, and said the job was done again. This time they left my boxes a mess. They are not aligned like they were previously (not a huge deal), but now all of my valves are covered with mud. 5) I called with my concerns and the manager said they would get back to me the following day. I was able to get into contact with a different individual two days later. They told me they sent their best tech out and made it seems as if the above was a reasonable outcome. They said the PVC was only $30 and isn’t a big deal, glossing over the fact that they broke the PVC. They said I acted satisfied when the tech was at my home. I explained that I was simply being polite and figured I would work out the issue with an office manager. They also believe that it takes 8 hours to complete a small and simple PVC job of which you’ll see in my posted photos. So that equates to $828.25 for 10 hours’ worth of labor for a small PVC job, a trip to town, and a couple of valves replaced. Based off of my experience, I would suggest you call a different company.

Told the receptionist that I had a sink hole problem in my yard. She stated that they could help with this problem. Sent them pictures. I've called them back 4 times. I keep being told a scheduler will call back. No phone calls back. Extremely unprofessional! If you do not want the business, then say so! Don't waste your time with this company.
