Arrow Exterminators in Graham and Jeff Dake, our technician, are excellent. I trust them completely to inspect for and exterminate all problem pests, even when no one is home!

Customer service is excellent - scheduling is always at my convenience. Technician was friendly and thorough. I am especially pleased with the results and cost effectiveness of fire ant treatment that I added to my service last year. My one acre lake lot now is fire ant free!

The initial visit was informative and the representatives were very professional. My questions were all answered. Options were given, but I didn’t feel pushed to do anything. The cost is reasonable for most services and anything I asked about was available. I was assured that appointments would be kept and the company would stay in touch with me, letting me know as close as possible what time the serviceman would be here. (The previous service I used continually missed the “window of time” appointments, the last of which they had shown up early and left 2 hours before they were supposed to even be here to meet me for inside spraying. )It’s a small thing, but I have to tell you, we were having so much trouble with spiders. There were spider webs all over the back porch ceiling and always one somewhere along the path to exit the porch that invisibly attached itself to me as I walked through it. The serviceman sprayed everywhere, which I expected. What I didn’t expect was when he began to wipe out all the webs. When he left, the porch was clean of webs and all spiders began dying soon after. That definitely impressed me!I’ve only had one visit, but so far, There is nothing to complain about. It’s all good. Kudos to the two men that were here. I sincerely appreciate great customer service.
