  I used Arborvine Landscaping this past Spring for major landscaping around my house. They leveled my front lawn and added sod, cleaned up and lined our flower beds with stone edging and removed dead wood, poison ivy, over grown brush in the far back of the property and replaced it with arborvitaes and other plants. They also added a row of rocks to improve the water runoff and drainage. At the very end they added a rock bed for my grill on to my patio. We are very happy with the results and we are still using this company. We get a lot of compliments from our neighbors about how nice our house looks. I would like to address the 1-star review from John Hanson. First, he is not a customer of Arborvine Landscaping. I am the customer who lives in Devon and hired Arborvine Landscaping. The review starts off saying "You did a drainage job in Devon". I did not hire Arborvine to do a "drainage job", they were hired to do landscaping around my property. He is upset that we removed dead wood, poison ivy and over grown brush and replaced it with arborvitaes and other plants. He has told us that we took away his privacy. As you can see from the picture, my house backs up to woods and an access road that leads to the retention pond. When he says "Diverted into our drain", that is not a correct statement. The drain was put in by New Castle County for storm water management for both developments. I lived here before Mr. Hanson's development was built and I attended several meetings about storm water management. After the heavy rains we had about a month ago, I had Greg come out and we walked around my property. We noticed some of the mulch in the back flower bed had washed away. Greg is going to come back in the Spring and fix the grading. We did not realize this issue until after the heavy rain.

  It has taken many years to find a reliable company to take care of my yard ie: grass cutting, trimming, taking out trees and putting in new ones, etc. Arborvine landscaping has been the best!!!!!!!. They strive for the best and they don’t settle for less. Greg, is always available to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. I will continue to use Arborvine for many many years to come. You will never be disappointed. THE BEST AROUND!!!!
