  Lisa with Arbor Masters was great in helping me decide on what trees needed to go. The team came out this morning and worked hard all day. They not only removed 11 trees but cleaned up all the dead branches in the trees that were left. They paid attention to every detail including the clean up. The price was great! Would definitely recommend and use again. Great company!

  I had Tyler come out last year to see what was wrong with our pine trees, he told us they had needle cast tip blight and may be suffering from delayed transplant reaction that could be resolved with his recommended treatment plans. We proceeded with the treatment plans over the spring, fall and winter. Our trees look worse than ever, and I believe we are going to lose a couple of them. He promised me they wouldn't die, that he could save them, and then he made them worse! I called him several times to come out and see why the tree looked so bad and he was not available. When he came out in early March, he said the trees had the same thing as last year and his treatment estimate came to over $2400. We had already spent well over $1200 last year. I do not trust him or this company, and I am really disappointed. I have already hired another company at a much more reasonable cost, who are treating the problem and not selling me a bill of goods that don't help!

  I called several tree service companies for an estimate for tree removal. Tyler from Arbor Masters gave me the best estimate, not for one tree removal but two trees removal. Tyler was the only sales rep that saw the what the front yard tree was and saw the fungus and recommended the tree cut down. Because the estimate was for 2 trees cut down instead of other companies giving me a higher estimate for only one tree removal and reading the reviews I went with Arbor Masters. Overall I was disappointed with Arbor Masters. I was schedule in May for the service, but they did not show up until June. I understand when weather causes delays, but when the company does not communicate there will be a delay and emails and phone calls are being ignored it becomes frustrating. When finally the crew showed up my yard was destroyed. The tractor machine they used to haul away the big logs to the front yard, they went over the same spot with no mats protecting my yard and it put ruts in my yard. The mats they did bring caused the grass underneath to turn brown which I later was told was because there was a chemical on the mats. The logs that were taken to the front yard was places where they were blocking the sidewalk and also there was a log sticking out into my driveway. The workers left the logs where they were and left. It took 3 days before a truck came by to pick up those logs and only because I told them in a email they were violating city ordinance blocking the sidewalk. My son unfortunately hit the log sticking out into the driveway denting his door but I will praise Arbor Masters paying to have the damage fixed and their landscaper seeing the lawn damage gave me a free aeration and over seed the whole yard. Will I ever use or recommend Arbor Masters? No. When it takes 3 months to finally get the job done and communication is poor, despite how the company tried to make things right, the experience was poor.

Arbor Masters has paid for the car damage your son incurred when backing out of your driveway and provided a lawn renovation to remedy the damaged lawn as well as addressed the communication issues you encountered.
