  Called to ask if they could do a one time clean up and cut. The woman on the phone acted like I offended her she "Stated, um oh oh no no we don't do abone time anything. " Wow I love this customer service. Must be nice to have so much business to turn away a quick easy job.

  We are sorry for you feel you did not receive a reply you were hoping for, but feel you may have perceived a tone that was not intended. It is easier for us to say that "we don't do one time cuts", than to explain the reasoning for that. We have hundreds of customers who are on a regularly scheduled route. All of our routes have been full since the beginning of Spring. For us to fit a "one time cut" into our routes, we would have to bump a current customer from the route. We strive to provide our current customers the best possible service. In order to do so, we must turn away hundreds of potential customers a year.

  These guys are awesome. Their work is outstanding and if we have a time that would be inconvenient for them to be mowing in our area (we are a church), then they reschedule to accommodate us. Yep, outstanding!

  THIS COMPANY IS IN CHARGE OF OUR SUBDIVISION COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE SUCH AS THE ENTRYWAY. THEY ARE PAID $10,000 A YEAR (WHICH IS ONLY CUTTING ABOUT 8 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR). THEY ARE LETTING THE GRASS IN OUR ENTRANCE WAY GRASS GET OVER A FOOT TALL. , IN FACT I STOOD IN SAID GRASS YESTERDAY AND IT WAS OVER MY KNEES. IT APPEARS THEY ARE ONLY CUTTING ONCE A MONTH. WE ALSO HAVE TREES THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY STORMS ETC THAT ARE BROKEN AND ROTTED AND THEY CUT AROUNG THE LIMBS THAT ARE HANGING ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND. IT IS AWFUL AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

  If you would contact our office, your issues could be addressed. I would suggest contacting your HOA. They have contracted the bare minimum of services and would like to see if they can cut it more. We do not suggest mowing once every two weeks during the growing season, although that is what your HOA wanted. When there are storms on your scheduled day, which is beyond our control, routes have to be adjusted to reschedule maintenance which extends the length of time between cuts. Combine all of this with a pandemic and you see the end results. We have stated many times we are doing our very best to accommodate all of our customers through these difficult times.
