  Apex's people are great. Those that came to do the initial installation were friendly and responsive. Specifically, I had been gone for the part of the time and the control box wasn't installed in a good place for me. They moved it without issue. Further, my lawn was installed in mid-November, and they moved my job up on their project list because it had rained, and they were not able to work the new build properties. My ground was a bit soft, so the trencher left some bigger than usual marks, and they came out and took care of it. That guy was also great and very friendly. Finally, since they had squeezed me in, my electrician had to do his work later. When the guy came out to finish the job up and make sure everything was working, he gave me great information about everything from running my system and watering the yard to taking care of the mole that is currently living there, and he was funny! I won't be using my system until next spring, but it looked perfect when it was tested, and the installation process was great.

  Called several times for an estimate for a sprinkler system installation. No one ever called me back. Don't waste your valuable time. Call Reddi/Powell/ or Ryan. They WILL call you back!
