  We have been using them for probably 15-20 years. For the most part they are very good and honest. However, yesterday their people removed some tree branches from my yard and left them in a big pile in the street next to my house. In so doing, they created a dangerous situation for cars and for people - so much so that the local police blocked it off with cones and said it had to be moved. I called them last night and was told they would be here first thing this morning to take care of it. Nobody ever showed up nor have they returned my emails or phone calls. I think it was bad judgment to have created this hazardous situation to begin with and am further put off that they promised to come by, didn't, and didn't call to explain. If there is a logical explanation for all of this, I will apologize and take this rating down. But I don't know what explanation there could be for breaking their word and then dropping the whole incident. I can only conclude that our many years of being their customer is not something that they value or appreciate.
